Until the ticket is issued, you can amend or cancel as many times as you like. We do not charge for any changes or cancellations made before a ticket is issued, so feel free to make a booking without any worries.

At UDC Travel we prepare details of all affected reservations and immediately contact customers. For strikes, we gather the latest information and update customers on any developments.

Payment method
Invoices will be issued in British Pounds. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit or credit card (credit card charges will apply). Terms of payment are 30 days from the date of issue. Please contact us if you have any further queries.
What if my Travel Agent is forcing me to take their insurance?
What is my position if my Travel Agent or Tour Operator are pressurising me to take their travel insurance as part of my holiday package when I know it is much cheaper with you and I will be getting similar if not greater benefits? The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has declared the practice of insisting on the purchase of travel insurance before offering a discount on a holiday package illegal. The OFT are currently investigating the present trend of offering "free" insurance with holiday packages on the basis that this severely restricts the consumers' choice and does not necessarily offer the purported benefits. You are not obligated to accept insurance from any provider, and it is vital to ensure that you are happy with the terms and conditions of the policy. If you feel you are being pressured into purchasing a Travel Insurance policy, please refer the details to the FCA/Financial Ombudsman Service.
